Shipping & Delivery
Express 2 day delivery costs £5.99 with orders placed before 12pm (Monday-Friday) dispatched the same day.
Free Standard Delivery on all orders to mainland UK. Dispatch should be within 3 working days.
Delivery costs £9.50 to NI, UK Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands.
EU & Worldwide Destinations
We currently ship to EU countries and US and have a flat rate of £20 for international delivery, the courier will depend on location.
Delivery can range from 7 to 10 working days subject to location.
Your EU / international delivery may be subject to import duties and/or custom charges depending on your location. Unfortunately these are out with our control and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Exchanges
It is important to us that all our customers are completely happy with their purchase and we hand check each item before they leave us. If you are not satisfied with your product due to incorrect colour, sizing or a fault please contact us at hello@cowberryhome.com and we'd be happy to provide you with an exchange or refund as long as items are returned within 30 days of purchase, in their original packaging, unused, unwashed and undamaged in a perfect resaleable condition.
Unfortunately we cannot refund delivery and handling fees and the customer is responsible for re-delivery fees

How do I care for my Cowberry products
Linen Bedding
Machine Wash
Pop your sheets into the wash separately inside out on a gentle 40C cycle using a mild eco-friendly detergent. Avoid crowding the machine. Linen naturally softens more with each wash so fabric softener is not required; this also helps the longevity of your bedding and environment.
Drying
Remove your bedding immediately from the machine and hang to dry. Linen is a naturally moisture wicking fabric so less drying time is required. You can also tumble dry gently on a low to medium heat, remembering to remove immediately from dryer whilst still damp and hang. Over drying and on a high heat can damage and weaken the fibres.
Ironing
We love the natural texture of linen and at Cowberry we “embrace the wrinkle” for the ultimate relaxed lived-in look. You can however iron or steam your bedding on a medium heat whilst still slightly damp and on the reverse side for a more pressed finish.
Little extras
Avoid using bleaching agents such as chlorine or peroxide which can damage and discolour your linen
Follow the old rule of 3 - just think wash, dry and rotate. Rotating linen with a set on the bed, a set in the wash and a set in the linen cupboard will help keep your bedding durable and long lasting, especially fitted sheets (as it gets the most use)

Where does Cowberry linen come from?
Cowberry 100% pure linen bedding is woven from the finest French and Belgium flax and crafted in our family run mill in Portugal.
Our Alpaca bed socks are made from Purvian Alpaca wool and crafted in the UK
Is linen sustainable?
Linen is one of the most sustainable fabrics that we can choose to include in our daily lives. The crop relies on natural rainfall and is biodegradable
Our mill in Portugal is OEKO-TEX certified which means no harmful substances or chemicals are used throughout the manufacturing process.
What type of packaging do you use?
We use FSC recyclable materials across all of our packaging where possible
